Thank you for visiting and shopping at My Website Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days but this is unusual. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone, so please make sure that those fields are filled out correctly during checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and you will be informed of the method of shipping at that time. Generally we use FedEx Ground / Home Delivery for most domestic shipments. Some items may be shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class for the smallest shipments under 13 oz.

If more than a week has past since your order was shipped, you may contact us at with your name and order number and we will research the status of your shipment.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy will ship to a limited number of international destinations. If your country is not available during the checkout process, we most likely do not ship there. Most international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. They are processed within 2 to 3 days of receiving the order, and transit time is an estimated 6-10 business days. However, we are not responsible for delays due to customs processes as they are different in every country. The tracking procedure for international shipments via USPS is also not as detailed as other shipping methods. Some international orders may be shipped via FedEx International Economy or Priority shipping. We reserve the right to choose the best shipment method for all international orders.

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. The exception to this is if you received your package with no visible signs of damage to the packaging but the item inside is damaged. If that happens, please contact If you received your order damaged and the exterior packaging is also damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
